RENTING Terms & Conditions

Renting, in its affordable sense, is a service provide by CDS which solo motive is to reach to the need people. The people who can't afford buying system or any device can approch to us for availing renting services. Renting system with CDS is an easy process, no guarantor need. Just fill the application form and within 24 Hours get your device at home.

• A proper agreement need to be signed by the client.
• Minimum Renting starts from 3 months duration category.
• Each month's rent need to be paid according the agreement between CDS and Client, late fee will impose for late payment.
• Damage of product/s will attract a penalty which can range from 10% of the total Agreement value.
• To avail the extendtion of the duration, client need to inform CDS, 48 Hours prior to end the agreement.
• If any client wants to purchase the rented device, you need to get approval from CDS team.
• Disputes arise during renting duration will be executed in Jurisdiction of Siliguri.
